TOWN OF NORTH STAR FILING NOTICE
Affidavits of Candidacy for the following offices to be filled at the March 11, 2025 Annual Election may be filed with the Town Clerk from December 31, 2024 to 5:00 p.m. on January 14, 2025. Call the Clerk at 218.409.1999 for an appointment. The Clerk or designee will be available at the town hall for filing on January 14, 2025 from 1:00-5:00 PM to accept affidavits. The filing fee is $2.00.

You must be 21 years old and have lived in North Star Township for 30 days to qualify.
NORTH STAR NEEDS ELECTION JUDGES IN 2024 AND BEYOND
North Star Township is seeking election judges for the 2024 primary election and the 2024 general election. We need 12-15 people who can share their time to provide 3 trained judges required for each election event held at our Town Hall. Our intent is to offer shifts of judges for each election so that individuals do not need to serve for entire days and instead serve election needs for just a few hours. Election judges are receive pay for their service.
